I want a lip lift but I already have a short philtrum so my philtrum length was never a concern however I hate my cupids bow. It makes me look average and I think having a more rounded upper lip would make me look prettier and feminine and would even compliment my ethnic features more. Is this possible? I also am not interested in fillers. I only want to pay for a permanent solution because fillers are something I wouldn't be able to afford long term!

Sliding in a little eptfe implant under local would take about 20 minutes and can blunt the cupids bow nicely.

Removing the dip in between the peaks of the cupid's bow can be done by direct excision of the skin. In some cases it may take a second procedure to get it more rounded rather than just flat between the peaks.
