Is it possible for the removal of some lipomas to spur the growth of new ones?

January 7, 2018

6 weeks ago, I had over a dozen lipomas removed (legs, abdomen, back, arms). Since then, I’ve noticed about a half dozen new (small) lipomas that are new. It is *not* me noticing lipomas that we’re already there for the first time. There are another half dozen that I knew about. I am in my 30’s and my sister had also had a few removed, suggesting hyperfamilial lipoma (sp?)
