I am almost 8 months postop after a breast lift with augmentation with 330 mL. I was hoping to get some general impressions. I think my nipples appear too high, maybe uneven and a little odd . Am I bottoming out? Also, do my scars appear to be healing OK. Any feedback and advice is very much welcome. Thanks in advance

Hello, for my patients I do not require prolong use of surgical bra nor do I ask them to avoid sleeping on their side. I do not believe the implant, nor the implant pocket would be harmed by side sleeping once complete healing has occurred.
For your first procedure, you chose implants that wear way too heavy for your tissue and frame. If you choose implants more appropriate for your frame and place then behind the muscle, you should get nice upper breast fullness. An examination is needed to see if mesh would be advisable.
Hello, for my patients I do not restrict activity after six weeks post op. At that point, the healing has plateaued in most patients, and I allow them to resume all activities that they could have performed preoperatively.
