Worst Decision I've Ever Made. Are My Desires Realistic? I scheduled a breast lift with augmentation July 2021. Prior to surgery I was a 36 DD in VS bras, which I now know is not accurate. I had no help choosing sizes. 6 months later I hated my results and had a removal. I'm extremely terrified to do the procedure again, but hate my breasts. Can I get upper pole fullness without mesh? Ive already spent 20k and don't want to end up hating my image as much as I did last time.
Answer: Breast lift Unfortunately you were not lifted enough in the first procedure. You may have been better off doing the procedure in stages. Lift first, then the implant after a few months. The good news is that now all you need is the implant and you’ll get a nice result. Unfortunately it is requiring a third step

Answer: Breast lift Dear Kind750925, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Implants For your first procedure, you chose implants that wear way too heavy for your tissue and frame. If you choose implants more appropriate for your frame and place then behind the muscle, you should get nice upper breast fullness. An examination is needed to see if mesh would be advisable.

Answer: Implant Stabilization Hello, than you for your question. In order to provide upper pole fullness and neat cleavage lines, is mandatory to use an implant. This implant should have support in the lower and lateral sides in order to push the implant up and medial. This can be done using a muscular sling or barbed sutures to create an "internal bra"; also, fat grafting can be done to cleavage lines in order to improve the results. This maneuvers can help achieve better results; but the last results will depend on your tissues holding the implant in its place; also is to be noted that you have low breasts, referring to their place in your chest, so the implant should de centered around your areola.
