How can I reduce these fat pockets below my lower lip? (photos)

Ive always had these pockets of fat, but they’ve become more prominent over the years (I’m 19). One doctor I’ve consulted told me the only way he can fix them is to inject filler around the lumps to smooth it out, but I’m afraid this will leave the bottom of my face looking larger. Are there any other ways?

The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape.
Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly.
If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full.
You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.

As you noticed no one answered your question. I'm guessing that is because most are unsure of the answer. I would keep asking doctors but at the same time just looking there I don't think there is an easy solution if I'm being honest. Its unsafe to dissolve or suck out the fat Filler can help soften the contour but I personally think it may look worse if you add volume there. Sorry I couldn't give you a perfect answer but I saw no one had answered so I thought I'd give you a sorta explanation!
