Hi! What you need is facial scuplting. You have a GORGEOUS SMILE by the way. You can do a combination of neck liposuction, jawline fillers, cheek bone enhancement with filler and buccal lipectomy. I think all of them will individually get you the best results. If I had to choose I would start with submental liposuction and jawline etching which is a surgery odne under local anesthesia for $1500. It takes about 45 minutes. Hope that helps!

I would suggest doing both buccal fat pad excision and Facetite together. This will help define your jawline and thin out the lower face. I have quite a few people come into my office daily with your same issue, and this seems to be the best combination to address both issues.
