10 weeks post eye looks sunken in after a rib graft revision

My question is I had a rib graft revision 10 weeks ago and my eyes are starting to look sunken in could that be because the nose is swollen or am i overgrafted my nose looks hugh and a little over projected.

A radix graft can be very effective to augment that region of the nose. Frequently using your own cartilage is preferred and the septum is the most common location for a cartilage graft.

While it is difficult to determine for sure from the photos, it appears that you have some cartilage asymmetry with fullness in the bridge. These are things that can be improved with revision rhinoplasty. If the skin is thick then that is harder to deal with, but a "medium-sized" nose seems...
