How do I eliminate these eye bags? (Photo)

Thank you for your photo and question.  Based on the symptoms you describe this is something that should first be addressed by an allergist.  Your eyes appear swollen which would need to be addressed before anything cosmetically.

According to your photos, dark circles under your eyes are due to bulging of the natural fat around eyelids creating this shadow affect under the bag and bulging of the lower lids. there are no natural remedy that counters this effect. The only solution for this is a lower lid blepharoplasty with tightening of the lower lid skin. I have performed thousands of this surgeries with excellent results and no hollowing effect of the lower eyelids. It is a very effective method and for all practical purposes is permanent.

Thank you for the question and pictures.  Based on the information you provided, I think that you should see your doctor or an allergist.  Your pictures show thickened eyelids, and I think that this appears to be indicative of an underlying medical condition rather than the more typical cosmetic complaints we see on this web site.  Good luck!
