How to fix my weird breasts? (Photos)

Dear lydiaa98:  Your breasts look fine!  You do have a bit of excess fullness in the areolar area but it's not abnormally excessive.  You do not need a breast lift.  While there is no way to move the whole breast mound up on your chest, simply placing implants will give you more fullness in the upper pole and I think that will improve the way they look to you.  See a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for a full consultation but I think you will turn out great with implants alone.Best of luck to you!G. Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Slight puffiness of the areolas is a variation of normal and your breasts look quite normal to me. Having said that, your surgical options to change their appearance would possibly include a circumareolar lift to set back the areola slightly or insertion of conservative implants to fill out the upper pole more. Either option does involve scars and potential risks. Implants would also increase their size which you may, or may not want.I recommend that you discuss the options in detail, in person, with a board certified plastic surgeon, but also rest assured that you have much more normal breasts than you think and you could leave them just as is.All the best 

Hi Lydia,Please see the answer below by Dr. Meger with whom I completely agree!  Take it easy on yourself.Stop beating yourself up!!   You can get a lift with a single scar in the breast fold by using the dual-plane internal lift BA method.  The video below explains the dual plane internal lift.  I also attached an article from a peer-reviewed journal to give you an even better idea.  I believe the dual plane and implants alone will do it for you. Hello and thank you for your question.  You do not need a breast lift.  If you would like to increase your upper pole fullness, then you are a great candidate
for a conservative breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. Your breasts look very normal. If you are looking for some added volume, a small implant can do that for you. You are starting from a great spot. In my opinion you should do nothing as you have a very nice size and shape.

Sorry that you are unhappy with your natural shape. Breast implants without a lift can possibly make your breasts fuller. You should be aware, when growth is complete, the things that could change your shape in the future are, pregnancy and significant weight change. The answer to your question is best found during a full consultation. It is difficult to identify the issues in the photos you demonstrated, but in the future you can consider breast implants and possibly an areola lift/reduction. See a board certified plastic surgeon.Good luck, Dr. ALDO 

Thanks for your question.  Your breasts appear quite normal in the pictures that you shared.  That being said, an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon could help you identify if there are any options to enhance your breasts appearance further.  Specific breast augmentation techniques could potentially fill the upper pole of the breast as well as create a more lifted appearance.  Best of luck.

Thank you for the question. I do not think that your breasts are "weird" but given that your breasts' appearance is of concern to you, you may benefit from in-person  consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss your concerns, goals, and options. It will be important to learn about the pros/cons/risk/complications associated with all options discussed and time any planned surgical procedure according to your life circumstances.  
 My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully, as well. Working together you will come up with a good plan to achieve your goals.
