What’s the best implants and how big can I go from being this size?

Smooth round gels, higher filled such as Sientra 107s or Inspiras tend to give best results. Size is determined by largest that will fit your body measurements.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.

Thank you for your question and photograph.  Implant size is best determined during an in-person examination at which time you will have the opportunity to try on implants and perhaps view computer imaging if available.  Implant type is a personal choice.  That being said, I prefer a silicone implant which is placed under the muscle for a natural result.  Best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck.

for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I would suggest using 3D photo imaging to help you choose the perfect size.  You can control for implant volume, profile, and shape.

question. Before you decide on the best size and shape, I suggest researching
accredited plastic surgeons and attending a few consultations. In consultation,
you will discuss with the surgeon your concerns about your natural breasts, and
can then discuss what your desired outcome would look like. It may be that the
size you want will be disproportionate to your body, and he or she can also
show you this using sizers. You can find board-certified surgeons on the
British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons website. Make sure you ask to
see before and after photographs of people with similar breast sizes and body
shapes; this should help you ascertain the look you wish to opt for. Each
surgeon will use their preferred brand of implant; it’s a choice that it
personal to them. Make sure you see several surgeons and opt for the one you

That really depends on where you are. In USA it's smooth round silicone that is most popular. Elsewhere in the world it is textured round. It is difficult to guess volume without an in person exam to measure the width of your breast and evaluate your tissue. I would consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.    High profile are taller and narrower implants when compared to moderate profile implants of the same volume.The decision is usually based on the patient breast dimensions, amount of breast that the patient can contribute to the projection and I also factor the patients desires. I try my best to also respect the skin quality and elasticity in order to prevent future drooping due to unnecessarily heavy implants

  over or under muscle doesn't dictate what size implant we can use.  The muscle coverage is helpful in very thin patients and seems to reduce capsular contracture according to some scientific studies. Under the breast tissue is the most natural feel and has a less chance of animation deformity when the pectoralis muscle contracts. In most instances only the top implant is covered by muscle and the reset of the implant ends up under the breast tissue.

Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of breast augmentation. and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon.
