Hi! i'm considering a few procedures but I wanted to hear the opinions of others on what procedures will improve my appearance! i'm personally insecure about my nose, lips, lick of jawline, and facial fat although i think this is something i can resolve if i lose body fat + i don't want to get a buccal fat removal bc of the possible negative outcomes in the future.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos tip of your nose is undefined and bulbous. In addition to that your upper lip is very thin you might need lip lift combined with rhinoplasty. Although, for your cheeks I can only recommend bichectomy surgery. Which cosmetic surgical procedures could improve your appearance? you should not be insecure, you are actually quite pretty. However if you are looking to make minor cosmetic adjustments, a Rhinoplasty to remove a small dorsal hump and refined a slightly bulbous tip could be considered. In some views your chin look slightly weak. Some long acting filler would be a simple enhancement that is non-invasive. Beyond that, be careful not to do too much or go to far, since as I mentioned you are already very pretty.
