I am looking at getting a ?bullhorn? lip-lift (Dec 2023) *before* my nose job (Apr 2025). For my nose job I need septoplasty for two deviations (slightly leans to my right side), inferior turbinoplasty x 2, and alarplasty (nostril holes too wide, too much flaring and also the wing skin is too "fat"). Will getting a lip lift roughly 12-15months prior affect or interfere with the incision lines/scarring for the nose job (alarplasty, in particular)? Or results be compromised? :)

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question it might be convenient to swim after 10 months of rhinoplasty. However, It would be better to consult your own surgeon at this point. Best Regards!

Hi,
Unless your surgeon accepts your insurance plan, you would need "out of network" coverage for any functional (breathing) portion of a rhinoplasty. Typically, you would need to pay for the full cost of the surgery and you would get the functional portion paid back to you by the insurance....
