Will a lip lift 12-15 months before rhinoplasty affect the incision lines/scarring for the nose job/alarplasty?

I am looking at getting a ?bullhorn? lip-lift (Dec 2023) *before* my nose job (Apr 2025). For my nose job I need septoplasty for two deviations (slightly leans to my right side), inferior turbinoplasty x 2, and alarplasty (nostril holes too wide, too much flaring and also the wing skin is too "fat"). Will getting a lip lift roughly 12-15months prior affect or interfere with the incision lines/scarring for the nose job (alarplasty, in particular)? Or results be compromised? :)

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can understand from your question I recommend you to have this 2 surgery together because if you have separately the scar tissue might not be healed properly. Best Regards!

I would skip the lip lift altogether and do the rhinoplasty instead. The lip lift will drag your nostrils down creating what some have called “monkey face”. The lip
