Pain in nose after running/jumping 6 months post septorhinoplasty, have I caused damage?

Hello! I had Septorhinoplasty 6 months ago, the procedure included dorsal hump removal, cuts in nasal bones and grafts in columella and septum harvested from the septum to support the tip and they slightly upturned the tip. today i decided to get back to do some sports, i lightly started jumping but i was surprised by the pain in my nose (especially the middle third) , so is it concerning at this stage of recovery, have i possibly caused any damage ? The only way damage can happen after rhinoplasty surgery is to sustain nasal trauma. Unrestricted physical activity, including sports, are allowed 21 days after rhinoplasty surgery in our practice. Your nasal pain  6 months post-operative may not be related to your surgery. Without knowing more information about what was done, the best advice is to visit your surgeon or another rhinoplasty specialist for an examination. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
