Is it possible to get a tummy tuck for less than $5,000 or find an office that accepts payment plans? (photo)

Thank you for your question and for your photographs.As you know, the components of your surgery will include a plastic surgeons fee, the facility fee, and the fee for an anesthetist.Unfortunately, these costs will generally exceed $5000.  Here on real self, the average price of a tummy tuck appears to be a about $7850, so you're not too far away.Many plastic surgeons offices do offer financing opportunities.  While I personally do not do payment plans I suspect there are some that do.  If this means a lot to you it is certainly worth looking into.  From your pictures you're a good candidate for tummy tuck.Best wishes and good luck to you.

I think you would have trouble finding that surgery for under 5K, but rest assured that many offices do work with financing companies which many patients use.

Most Plastic Surgeons offer some form of financing to cover elective cosmetic procedures such as a tummy tuck.  Care Credit is one independent company that finances these procedures.  You can find them on-line and apply for credit before visiting a Plastic Surgeon.  Best wishes.

and perhaps you can find a surgeon somewhere that does it under local with sedation that would diminish your costs.  As for financing by the office/doctor, there are too many dishonest people out there that choose not to pay their obligations and it would be the rare physician that has not yet learned this the hard way.

Very very doubtful in your case! You need an aggressive Full Tummy Tuck with muscle repair. Fee from $8,000.... Try Health Care Finance Select for financing options. But if you CAN NOT qualify than you need to start saving up... Good Luck... 

I always tell my patients that this is your health and life.  Do not nickel and dime yourself.  You are worth every penny.  Only see board certified plastic surgeons, and make sure that you are content with your choice of surgeon and that you did not pick the surgeon simply because of cost.  Costs can be very variable for these procedures simply based on your geographic location.  Almost all offices offer payment plans as well.  Good Luck, Gaurav Bharti

I would say that a typical tummy tuck surgery done by someone certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and in an accredited facility should be more than $5,000.  This includes fee for anesthesia and facility as well.  I would consider it a red flag for anything less and be very cautious as it may end up costing you much more in the long run.Most plastic surgeons offer payment plans, including myself.

Hi .You do not really give us a lot of information but based on the pics I do not see why you couldn't get the price that you are looking for . This is if medical information is all ok .
