I had breast reduction,i went from GG to a D, I'm satisfied with the size but lost the left nipple, will insur. pay to fix. I'm, 62, non smoker had this done at 56 yrs. He did 5 more surgeries, promised he would fix it, but after 4 tries at skin grafting. I gave up. I hate the way it looks.

You used two different terms, both nipples and areolae. I am not sure which you want enlarged. The areolae can be made larger, or you can have cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing to enlarge the color. Enlarging the nipples is usually not worth it because you may lose all sensation and is usually...
Your nipples are actually not too high, but your breasts are sagging down. The breasts can be lifted back up in place and your inferior base can be tightened. Don't go larger because more weight will make this happen even faster. You need to go smaller.
You did not ask a question, but I would suggest discussing your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and trying Kenalog injections to help shrink the keloid. The bar needs to be removed.
