PS said I can't go over 397cc (possibly 421cc) due to risk of symmastia. Any alternatives? Incredibly disappointed. (Photo)

I saw the PS that I heard great reviews about and he is definitely awesome! But he said because my breasts are so close, I can't go over 397cc possibly 421cc because of the risk of symmastia. I'm so disappointed, like, almost tear up disappointed. I was hoping for at least 500cc. I don't know if I should just stick to the super padded bras and no surgery or pay $7,000 and risk being incredibly disappointed. Any professional opinions would be appreciated.
