I feel like my nose is pretty fat compared to the rest of my face I have visited three board certified plastic surgeons and two of them said I dont need it but one Said I can get it. Is there an non surgical alternative.
Answer: For your nose, there is not a non-surgical alternative, but... I make a good living looking and faces, and you have an absolutely beautiful and distinctive face exactly as it is now. You have marvelous facial bony architecture with strong cheekbones and a triangular face. With your beautiful eyes and skin integrity and your extremely full lips, the fact that your nose is a bit broad at the tip is not that much of a detraction. In other words, your remaining features balance out your nose nicely. The fact that your nose is rather symmetrical and is turned up a a nice angle mitigate the fullness of the tip. The "alternatives" you ask about are not of much benefit for your particular case. They are of more benefit if there is a depression or dip which can be filled with injectables. You are young and have a long life ahead of you. You may or may not change your views as time goes on. Deciding to defer surgery such as this until such time as you are no longer "terrified" and have the financial means and time to undergo the procedure are always a good option.Rhinoplasty is the most challenging and difficult of all plastic surgery procedures. So, if the time comes for your to consider the procedure, do your homework and find a surgeon who has a lot of experience. It can be costly.

Answer: Rhinoplasty I agree, you don't need a rhinoplasty. There's nothing wrong with your nose and it is not worth risking an unsatisfactory result.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Obviously, this discussion is based on the pictures provided and a detailed exam would be necessary. You have a moderately wide nose and bulbous tip. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery. There really isn't a non-surgical treatment for you. I agree with the statement below that you have an attractive face, and it would be enhanced by a rhinoplasty. All the best.

Answer: Rhinoplasty You should go for a Consultation about your nose and see what the surgeon recommends. Rhinoplasty typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change
