Nose tip lifted high after rhinoplasty?

It is very early in the postoperative course, so it is normal for you to be nervous about the results.  Due to the amount of initial swelling, it is also normal for the tip to appear "turned upward" or overrotated.  This will slowly resolve over the next 4-6 weeks and the tip should slowly drop.  Make sure you discuss all of your concerns with your surgeon, as they will walk you through the process.  Best wishes!

It is not uncommon that after rhinoplasty, a cast in place and swelling...that the tip will look too high or over rotated. The tip will come down slowly over days, weeks and even months after the surgery. Simply discuss your concerns with your surgeon on your next visit.

With it ONLY 1 day post op no way to comment. Reviewing ALL you previous posting you already know that swelling occurs... Best to CALL your operative surgeon and be seen in person if you are soooo very worried.
