How long does a butt implant last & can I shake my butt cheeks as if they are my own muscles?

Overtime will they drop, or fall out of place , can they deform ?also I'm very active will this affect anything.

Without photos it is difficult to comment, however I can say that your result is nowhere near final as you are only 3 days out from surgery.  Not uncommonly, the tissues change over the ensuing weeks and months to produce a result much better than you see today.  Remain patient for now...

For any surgery, age may play a role in medical clearance but one's overall health is the most important factor.  I have performed fat transfer and buttock implants on plenty of 60+ year olds that were otherwise in excellent health pre-operatively.  Glad to help.
