Answer: 2nd Round of BBL Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist. You absolutely can get more fat removed and then injected into your butt. Your skin has relaxed by now and should be able to accept the new fat. I do this all the time. People that you see with very big butts have had this procedure performed multiple times. What if you still want to go bigger after ALL the fat has been removed and replaced? You have two options: 1) Implants or 2) Permanent Medical Grade Fillers.Best of Luck! Please reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. Matthew J. Answer: Additional BBL procedure Thanks for the great question and the photos. Some patients do require multiple procedures to get the volume and the shape they want. The limiting factor is the amount of fat you have left to harvest. It doesn't look like you have a lot of fat on your stomach. If there is fat in on your back or thighs, then the surgeon should be able to use that to increase the volume of your butt some more. I would recommend going to back to see your surgeon and let them know what you are looking for. Best of luck!~Dr. Sieber

Answer: Looks pretty good Hello and congratulations on your procedure. Your results look pretty good from what I can tell. Your stomach does not look like it has a lot of fat as you have the signs of loose skin (stretch marks and crepiness) that would most likely be alleviated with a tummy tuck (would also tighten abdominal wall and reduce bulge). Nevertheless, if your goal is to make your buttocks even larger, you would need an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to see if there are other donor areas available for fat transfer. Overall, you appear to have a full, round buttocks and you would need to weight the pros and cons of additional surgery in the setting of already good results. I hope this helps!Sincerely,Dr. Sean Kelishadi

Answer: Wanting more curves In order to get more dramatic results, i.e. thinner waist and larger buttocks, you should consider a tummy tuck to get rid of your stretch marked skin in the front, to narrow your waist, and to allow for harvest of your belly fat. If you want an exaggerated buttocks look, you should consider a buttocks implant.
