Chin liposuction - How should I time it with trying to conceive? (Photo)

Hi! Im 35 and i have a toddler. I lost weight pretty quickly after pregnancy but then broke my arm and gained a lot of weight. when i gain weight, I see it first in my face and I don’t feel like i look like myself. For context. Before pregnancy, i was 120lbs (5’5). After pregnancy, i went right back to 120. Now I’m 140. We’ve been trying to conceive but haven’t gotten pregnant yet. Im debating pausing trying so I can get chin lipo (and dowager hump lipo at the same time). My main motivator is that I feel really limited with losing weight right now. I don’t want to lose weight quickly and decrease my fertility chances. But I also know that my face won’t look like what I’m used to it looking like unless im close to 120. I know the easier answer is to wait until after pregnancy and breastfeeding, but im not sure how long it will take my to get pregnant (it took awhile before and I’m in my mid thirties), and I’m not sure I don’t want to feel like I look like myself for another year. For the timing, do you think it would hurt my chances of conceiving quickly if I get chin and dowager lipo? Would I be able to try to conceive the cycle after? Do you think the surgery would mess with ovulation at all? I’m feeling a little limited because I know losing weight quickly decreases fertility and I’m wondering if chin lipo could help bridge this gap for me. Im ok if my body doesn’t look like what I’m used to, but I’d love to see my face again in the way I’m used to.
