I am an active person, but no matter how much weight I have lost or exercises I have done, I have never been able to get rid of this double-chin and fullness around my jaw and upper neck, which greatly affects my profile and facial symmetry. I am sure that it is genetic at this point and have been wanting to do something about it for several years. I am a 22-year-old male. What can be done for the most significant results? I would like my jaw line to be much more sharp and pronounced from the side and minimize the strange look made by the way my neck and chin connect. Thank you so much.
