If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your provider to forward the pictures they took.
It looks like you may not have been an ideal candidate to have fat removed from this area.
It would be helpful to know what your age is.
Older people need subcutaneous fat to keep the skin looking decent.
This is true, regardless of what form of fat removal is used.
Personally, I’ve never been a fan of Kybella. I find the treatment to be inferior to Liposuction, inconsistent and causes way too much inflammation after the treatment.
I think a big part of the problem is that you may not have been a good candidate for this procedure in the first place.
Patients who are older than 50 years should probably be careful with having fat removed.
That doesn’t mean it’s fine to do this if your 48 or it’s always wrong if you’re 52.
Younger people do better with fat removal procedures because the skin has better elasticity.
Correcting undesirable outcomes is often more difficult than primary procedures.
I suggest you rely on in person consultations exclusively.
If you wanted a better neck and surgery was probably going to be the best option in the first place.
