I had 2 kybella treatments in my neck. I really wish I hadn’t done them at all because now my skin has dents and it looks old. I’ve tried softwave but it doesn’t look like it’s tightened anything. Is there anything else I can try before just opting for a mini facelift? I really wanted to avoid surgery if possible. I feel really self conscious. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would not recommend kybella injection above the nasolabial fold. Look into Morpheus8, as it can decrease subcutaneous fullness and excess tissue as well as tighten skin.
