Hi, I see the small red purple areas on your face after your recent IPL treatment and I think that they are going to be temporary. I have had the same appearance on my own face after IPL and it went away after a week or two. I think the spots probably indicate that they treated some small vessels or other pigmented areas.

Chemical peel or microneedling or both might help with the scarring. You might also consider combining the two in separate sessions.

Perhaps your skin is still experiencing the effects of the microneedling and it usually takes 3 treatments for a good result. Perhaps it is swollen and thats why it appears to be sagging? Hard to say, but I have seen patients who have had to have several treatments for an improvement and sometimes it does look worse before it looks better. Also, consider switching to Skinpen, it is better than Dr.Pen.

I think you could do masseter botox and get a good result if you are looking to slim the lower portion of your face or for TMJ related issues.

I recommend you try prp injections and RF microneedling such as morpheus8. We have seen good results with both of these modalities combined.
