7 months post-op - why does my boob fold like this in tops? (photos)

Thank you for your question and the photo. What does your surgeon say? It's hard to say exactly what is going on. Hopefully your implant is not subglandular. I think that this could be revised after 6 months (which you are). Best of Luck!

it's very hard to evaluate your photographs. At seven months, most of the breast changes are stable. It would be a great time to have a conversation with your plastic surgeon about your concerns. Good luck

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Unfortunately, this is your previous breast fold prior to implant placement. To correct this would require repositioning the breast implant, and then some form of breast lift, or changing the implant from under the muscle to on top of the muscle.
