I've been using Retin A and vitamin C serum with a good SPF and exfoliating with a mild scrub weekly but have recently (this summer) noticed changes in my skin laxity and texture...I think from menopause.

Answer: Morpheus8 helps tighten fine lines and helps even out skin texture Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin laxity and Morpheus One of the best things about Morpheus is its versatility. Morpheus is capable of resurfacing and tightening/rejuvenating skin. There are now two different tips available for each of these functions. For your skin in particular, we would advise a series of three Morpheus treatments at monthly intervals. these would relieve the sagging and get rid of the fine lines and wrinkles. you should see maximin results three months after the last interval treatment. If you find yourself with left over blotchiness, uneven pigment or skin surfaces, you could do a resurfacing treatment as a follow up. Hope this helps!

Answer: Morpheus8 Skin Tightening Hi Las919, I want to start off by saying, good job for having a good skin regimen! From what I see in the pictures you posted, you have very good skin. As we age our skin gets thinner, and starts to sag. I think lasers might be too invasive for your skin type. Morpheus8 is a good option for skin tightening and overall skin health for a radiant glow. Morpheus8 uses radio frequency for skin resurfacing and anti aging to achieve remodeling of the skin on a much deeper cellular level than microneedling alone. Morpheus8 treatments are done in sessions of 3. The good thing about Morpheus8 is that you can control the level of depth that the needles penetrate. It can start off at a lower depth and see how your skin reacts and accepts it, then after a month access and increase the depth. Allowing the practitioner to have full control! Hope this helps! -Dr. Eisenbrown
