I'm 29 and a healthy weight but I have a lot of excess skin around my jawline and neck. So much so that it looks like I have jowls in my 20s. I had chin lips a few years ago but the skin is still there. I know 29 is super young but idk how else to address this excess skin. I have tried Sofwave and it didn't do anything. Please help!

You don't have jowls. What you are seeing most likely is that you have particularly strong pull down from your DAO/platysma muscles, likely compensating for your overactive mentalis muscle from a smaller chin. I would try botoxing these areas first. I do not see any excess skin. Another thing is that it depends on how many sessions of sofwave you did - you usually need a good 3-4 sessions of any kind of collagen-boosting treatment . I also can't tell from your note if you only had chin lipo or if anyone did lipo on the lower face too.

Much more information is required, such as a full set of facial and neck photographs from all angles, in addition to your height and weight. At age 29 you do not have a skin tone issue, therefore no skin needs to be removed. You have some degree of fat deposits in your neck, which can be removed with a mini neck lift/ liposuction.
