As you will notice in the photos I have provided, my right cheek bone is significantly more prominent than my left. I would like to know what my opinions could be to achieve a more balanced and symmetrical appearance to my face shape.
Answer: Cheek Augmentation With Fillers, Fat, Sculptra, Implants This can be improved with fillers, fat, sculptra or implants. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting physician for the best results. Dr. Emer.

Answer: Nonsurgical Cheek Augmentation With Volumizing Fillers Can Help To Achieve Better Cheek Projection & Symmetry There is no substitute for an in-person examination of the face in all positions and lighting. That having been said, it does appear that there is less cheek projection of the left cheek with consequent asymmetry. A volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC, which I would opt to use in my Upper East Side Manhattan practice, injected judiciously in the left cheek would increase cheekbone region projection and significantly reduce the asymmetry between the two sides of the face and achieve better balance. In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizing fillers are available, I would opt for Stylage XXL for this purpose. Obtaining absolute symmetry is unlikely and often not even desirable when a truly natural appearance is being sought. Make sure you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in nonsurgical facial augmentation and rejuvenation and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos.

Answer: There are many options available most people don't have perfectly symmetric faces. I always tell patients that have a long side in a short side because the face develops from the lateral side towards the middle. One side gets to the middle faster than the other. When looking at the face, your surgeon will assess the position of the external features such as eyebrows, eyes, jawline as well as the underlying cheek fat and bone structure. He can then go over what are your main concerns and suggest fillers and /or implants. You appear to have Asian characteristics so make sure that you dealing with someone who's experienced in treating Asian patients because bone structure and fat deposition of the face are slightly different than Caucasians.

Answer: Cheek Asymmetry With your significant cheek asymmetry, the critical question is which side do you prefer. That knowledge would determine whether you need a left cheek augmentation or a right cheek reduction.

Answer: My cheek bones are very uneven, and I feel as though they make my face appear very disproportionate. Any suggestions? You seem have many areas of concern - breasts, chin, cheeks? Best to seek ONLY in person opinions after a complete examination....
