Is radio frequency used for jaw reduction?

Question

I was told I can you reduce the jaw muscle for up to 2-3 years. I am tired of getting Botox to slim my jaw muscle down every 4 months, and it's expensive... I was wondering is RF something commonly done, and if I repetitively do it will my muscle stop growing back?

Botox is the safest and most reliable way to reduce the jaw muscle.   There are no radiofrequency treatments that would have the same effect as Botox.  Radiofrequency
is a heat based technology and would have no effect on the muscle itself.

Botox is highly effective for reducing the Masseter muscle. Thermage can help in this area as well. Cost-wise, however, they are fairly comprable. Please an experienced board certified physician with experience in Thermage.
