Will faceline surgery make a future facelift harder?

Luminous593734
I previously had a chin osteotomy and jawbone reduction (jawbone and masseter removal). My chin and one side of my jaw turned out too big, so I’m considering revision. My concern is internal scarring that might affect future deep plane facelifts even though they’re on different planes. Would another surgery cause scarring that could make facelifts harder, less effective or less long-lasting? Or should I do 3mm chin shaving and skip jaw reduction? Or no revision at all?
