I am looking for someone who can help me with the outcome of my first lipo that was done 3 years ago. On the right side, there was too much fat removed so there is a sort of dent, or crease I don't know how to call it, I would also like to have a little bit of fat grafted back under my belly ring, I have a heart tattoo on this part, and the excessive flattening (fat removed) that was done makes it look unnatural :(. I have been saving my money and massaging every day, doing sport meanwhile.

Since you are several months out from your injury, your risk is much less. Compression stocking can be applied to that area during surgery. Go visit with a plastic surgeon.
Residual fat can be treated with careful liposuction. The dipped in placed can be treated with fat grafts. Please go to someone who does fat grafting in scarred areas.
You did not say how far out from surgery your are. If you are still in the first 6 months, you have swelling which will subside. If you are after 6 months, excess fat below the dip can be removed. The dip could be filled in with fat. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
