Hi @Marpov79! Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the Botox to wear off on its own which typically takes 3-4 months. In the future, I recommend asking your injector to decrease the amount of units they are using to avoid the completely frozen look.
Hi there! I'm unaware of using pyridostigmine for reversal of Botox. Not sure any physician would be comfortable using a drug like that for this instance. Time is really the remedy. If the brow is heavy, Botox can be placed near the upper crow's feet (under the brow) to allow some "lifting" of the brow, though the result is often modest. Hope this resolves quickly!
