Is it possible to push your nose bone in by picking your nose too hard (I know it's weird but I'm serious)?

Last Sunday I was in bed and yes, I was just picking my nose for a second. Then all of a sudden I heard my nose bone "crack" and get pushed upwards. This was on the left side of my nose (in my left nostril). Since then, I've had minor pain on the left side of my nose. Also, my left nostril does not look like my right one (they don't look symmetric, but they always used to). And my breathing is restricted in my left nostril. What did I do to myself? Please help.
