I dint really think my implants would affect my work outs after I was cleared to go back. But now I’m nervous about doing lots of pull ups and push-ups!! I’m reading all his stuff about chest muscles separating implodes if you wrk hem out!! One of my favorite work outs 1mile run then -100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 air squats. Then another mile run! Am I going to be able to o this eventually ??? Or is all the pull-ups and push-ups much????
