I had a bandage for the last 3 weeks I am now 4 weeks post op and we’re the bandage was I have very dry skin and it starting to itch just where the sticky part of the bandage was. I want to put a cream because it looks like stretch marks.

It would be hard to determine a seroma based solely on photos. What you are experiencing may just be swelling which is normal at this point in time. Your best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with your surgeon for an in-person examination.
