Can I still have breast surgery with an irregular heart beat?

I'm supposed to be having a breast enlargement surgery Tuesday but have been told I have an irregular heartbeat which means I have an echo scan tomorrow can this effect me having surgery?

I would recommend delaying your surgery until you are cleared from a Cardiologist to have elective surgery. The surgeon and anesthesiologist need to be made aware of what is going on to take the best care of you while you are asleep.

You will most likely need medical clearance but irr3gular heartbeats are quite commercial n and not cause a major problem.
