Cystic acne after peel. Even after my third peel, I am still breaking out very badly? (photo)

I am on isotretionin 20mg (from past 10 days). Before that I was on isotretionin 10 mg ( for about 2 months). Also I did 3 salicylic acid peel (in interval of 15 days). But still I am getting painful cystic acne, papules. My cheeks have lots of pink acne scars. Please help
