In terms of possibilty of achieving something so specific - it is possible to create that look but sometimes hard to maintain it. Also, what you like initially, may not be what you like in the future, and so it is very important to be sure that you want someone ot put their knife to your skin and create a scar. That will be permanent and can not be changed.In terms of developing puffy areolas it is possible to do this surgically or non-surgically. I would suggest that you find a board certified plastic surgeon near you who has an outstanding reputation for breast surgery. Make sure to bring photos that best demonstrate what your goals are.
