Yes, nipples can be enlarged. A surgeon could start with something very simple such as injections of hyaluronic acid, to more intensive procedures that involve grafting.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  In most cases an accessory nipple can be removed for a few hundred dollars but this will vary by surgeon and geography.  Though I can not recommend any one surgeon I have attached a link below that should be useful in your search.
