I want them bigger in length and diameter. Is it possible with fillers? And how much would it cost?

Yes, nipples can be enlarged. A surgeon could start with something very simple such as injections of hyaluronic acid, to more intensive procedures that involve grafting.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  In most cases an accessory nipple can be removed for a few hundred dollars but this will vary by surgeon and geography.  Though I can not recommend any one surgeon I have attached a link below that should be useful in your search.

Thanks for your questions.No two breasts are identical and therefore the nipple and areolas can be quite different too. Sometimes the differences can be quite obvious, other times it can be more subtle.If the size discrepancy is of concern, I would suggest seeing a surgeon to have the area...
