I have puffed nipples and I am a male. What can I do to reduce it?

You are in great shape but it appears from your description and photos that you have gynecomastia. I would suggest correction of the gynecomastia by direct excision of the gland through a periareolar approach. The surgery will take approximately 1 hour and can be done with local anesthesia and IV sedation or general.Search for a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience. Look at many, many before and after photos. Make sure that the photos that you are shown belong to patients of the surgeon that you are considering, not his/her partner or the clinic. Given the opportunity to view countless before and after photos will give you a very good idea to the consistency of the work. Are you being shown a few good results? sounds like classical gynecomastia.the only effective treatment I am aware of is surgery. there are no photos available but from the sounds of it something like that can be performed through a small incision inside the armpit which is all but invisible.good luck with it.
