Cost of Tummy Tucks vary mainly according to location as overheads can be very different . NYC is usually much higher than any place else in the US. However even in large cities there can be a wide range. In Texas prices range from $6000 to $15000…..and Ive heard of higher fees also.

Prices vary area to area, doctor to doctor, and according to the complexity of the surgery on the individual patient.Realself does list fees paid by patients in your locale.The photos are a bit dark to make particular suggestions, but the keloid is quite impressive, and there is no magic that can reliably prevent one after a tummy tuck. Most troublesome would be a large keloid at the site of the navel, so a variant of the standard procedure involving no incision around the navel would be a consideration, although it comes with compromises. You look like a wonderful candidate for a tummy tuck, usually, body contouring surgery demands the use of liposuction to mold a better waistline, but in your case you have a wonderful waistline as it is, so the tummy tuck alone will deem you a good result. By the pictures it appears you have an umbilical hernia, this will be readily repaired during the muscle repair of the tummy tuck. Finally, a great deal of care should be taken with the way your body builds scars, in order to guide you to have the best outcome possible. When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved.  You will find some average costs of surgery listed on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites (including attached link) as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Again, I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.  Best wishes.
