My right eye feels heavier. Do I need a ptosis revision? Was my levator muscle damage? (Photo)

I got a revision ptosis surgery on 1/12/22 after getting blepharoplasty 8 months ago. It's now 2/17/22 and my eyes look crazy. I did not experience this kind of unevenness or swelling during my first eyelid surgery. I hope it's from swelling but after almost 6 weeks this seems super excessive. My right eye feels heavier and does not lift like my right. Was my levator muscle damaged? Do you think I'd need a third revision on my right eye? Or will this need just more time to heal?
