Without a photo or in-person consultation I can only offer limited advice, however, fat grafting is an excellent way to improve hollowing below the eyebrow. With age or after too much fat removal from a blepharoplasty the upper eye sulcus worsens giving a less youthful appearance. Good luck.
Hollowness beneath the eyebrow can create a tired and sometimes even a droopy eyelid look. Depending on the cause of the problem different modalities can be used. The treatment should be tailored to the patient with careful attention to what caused the problem and what our patients ultimate goals are. Treatment modalities include surgical and non surgical approaches. These can include filling the defect with synthetic fillers such as hyaluronic gels or autologus fat. Surgical approaches such as ptosis repairs, fat translocations or dermal substitutes can also be used. Filling hollowness on the upper eyelid and beneath the brow can make an eye look younger and more youthful. The most important part of the process is choosing a doctor who you feel comfortable with and who is experienced in several different modalities to adress this specific concern.
