I got Botox in masseters in aug 2022 my masseters are growing but my chin isn't. My dr said my face/jaw would go back way it was. But it isn't

Botox to the masseter muscles helps to slim the appearance of these muscles as well as the jawline.  Botox to the chin is to treat "orange peel" effect when animating.  The effects of Botox are temporary, typically lasting 4 months.

I strongly suspect that the real issue is functional.  I assume (need pictures) you have a narrow maxilla because of the deep nasla labial groove in the picture on the left.  
This is usually due to not enoung ward tissue supporting the face.

Do you get headaches, facial  pain, forward head posture and other issues?

Botox is a powerful (and sometimes dangerous) neurotoxin that can spread to second level neurons in the brain.   Typically the effects last 3 months.

Did you get botox for cosmetic or therapeutic reasons?
