Insecure about the bottom half of my face. What are my best treatment options? (Photo)

I’m 19 years old and always have been insecure about my face shape. I have really large cheeks but it wasn’t too big of an issue. My main issue is the bottom half of my face, it feels very heavy when I smile. I also have TMJ from bruxism, but I haven’t had any severe symptoms. I want to be able to shrink my jaw and get rid of the large look. I researched about masseter botox in helping TMJ while also slimming the face but I’m not sure.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with your lower face. You’re beautiful. The fullness that you hate at this point in time, you will miss once you hit over 35 years of age.
