I have some asymmetry to my face that I want to correct. What will provide me with the best results, Buccal fat pad removal to just the one side or would masseter Botox work. I am worried about howling from masseuse Botox and also that it may not give significant results.

I would not see any problem with giving you a touch up of Botox for your masseter muscles 2 months after your treatment. I would check with the physician who treated you though, as they may have a different opinion.
