Would masseter Botox or buccal fat removal be the better option to help me achieve a more symmetrical look? (photos)

If you like to chew gum, or if you grind your teeth, you may perhaps have Masseter enlargement. You can tell for yourself by pushing on the full area and clenching your teeth. If the area bulges, it is certainly your masseter muscles. If that is the case, I would suggest using a neurotoxin like botox on both sides not just one. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

From your photos it appears you are a candidate for masseter Botox. The treatment is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. The effects are temporary, lasting 3 to 4 months typically, and fading gradually. This would be the preferred way to begin as buccal fat removal is permanent and more aggressive.
