I am 21 year old Asian. I've always had this issue but don't know what's best for me or where to start. I don't know if it's jaw or teeth. I'd really appreciate your help. I want to avoid having to have braces as much as possible..

Your pictures make it a little difficult to make a definitive determination as to whether Invisalign would be sure to work for you.  Your case doesn't seem as bad as some of the complex cases that I've treated with Invisalign or other clear aligners, but I would recommend that you get a cosmetic consult first.  Find a cosmetic dentist with experience in Invisalign because this is not a basic case. Then look at the cosmetic dentist's website's before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Your case seems do-able at my office, but may prove difficult to others. We provide veneers for an immediate permanent fix and we provide Invisalign for a slower more cost effective solution.  Good luck with everything.   Sarah Thompson, DMD       O'Fallon, IL
