Protrusion: How should it be fixed - surgery/Invisalign/braces? (Photo)

Your pictures make it a little difficult to make a definitive determination as to whether Invisalign would be sure to work for you.  Your case doesn't seem as bad as some of the complex cases that I've treated with Invisalign or other clear aligners, but I would recommend that you get a cosmetic consult first.  Find a cosmetic dentist with experience in Invisalign because this is not a basic case. Then look at the cosmetic dentist's website's before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Your case seems do-able at my office, but may prove difficult to others.
