How are current Profhilo complications being tracked with off-safety study use?

Profhilo safety studies & complications. Hi! I’m wondering is the Profhilo safety rating is still applicable in the real world? In the studies the official BAP points were used with just 2 ml per point. Apparently there were only 12 adverse effects Fast forward to Drs using different BAP points and different amounts of product-and multiple reports from women concerned with jowls, stretched skin, and long term swelling. Is Profhilo unsafe to use outside of the original BAP points and 2ml per injection site?

I have been using Profhilo routinely with gratifying results for well over a dozen years in my Israel satellite practice where it was regulatory agency approved long, long before the FDA came lumbering around to only just recently approve it here in the U.S. as Skinvive. Better late than never....
