Have any doctors here had success in increasing fat with treating patients by injecting profhilo in the subcutaneous layer? After a horrific hifu ultraformer experience where volume was depleted, my doctor has started treating my face in this way. I am wondering if there have been any success stories?

Profhilo, which I had been using for many years in my satellite practice abroad, where it was regulatory agency approved, is an excellent product for stimulating fibroblasts to synthesize new collagen and new elastic fibers, and for preserving and improving the integrity of the skin's fat tissue. However, it is not particularly good for significantly replenishing lost volume. HA fillers are  much better suited for that and provide immediate results. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
