What does Profhilo do for the face? Does it tighten loose skin or plump and add volume?

I'm interested in getting profhilo but I've heard different things about what the benefits are. I've heard that it can tighten your skin if you have loose jowls or a crepey neck, and make your face overall more taught. But I've also heard it actually plumps up your face and gives it more volume, like a less obvious filler.
